The contributions from the two Kia divisions will help provide food, essential supplies and shelter to Americans that have been impacted by the two recent storms. Both KMA and KMMG are also devising ways that their employees can fund and support other disaster relief efforts.

In a press release, Justin Sohn, President and CEO, Kia Motors America, stated, "Kia is dedicated to supporting both individuals and communities in the aftermath of these historic storms, and these funds will assist the American Red Cross’ ongoing relief efforts,. Our thoughts go out to those affected, and we applaud the continued efforts of relief workers around the country in this time of need."
